okI am not one to complain usually but today me and my husband had the worst experience with the pizza that we ordered. We got the special, 2 large 2 topping pizzas with the parmesan bites. The pepperoni and mushroom was overcooked and hardly had any toppings on it, let alone maybe a baby’s handful of cheese. My question is. does cheese count as a topping now? Do I have to order the pizza and ask for cheese on it? The bites were just dough with a little salt taste. I am really hoping that this was just a fluke, that this is not a normal thing. I am not one of those people that call the place and complain and demand better product. Somebody could be having a bad day and decide to put a little extra something in the new pizza. Kinda afraid of that, but I do want someone aware of this because the advertising on tv is saying that you want your product to be better, so you want feedback. I spent $25.72 on 2 pizzas that I couldnt even enjoy. The best thing about the meal was the 2 liter of Coca Cola.

The on-line ordering system is not all that user-friendly and does not inform the user well as to how to use it.
Then, after obtaining the pizza I paid more for than I intended to I was revolted by hos LOUSY it tasted.
BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will likely add Dominoes to my shun list as I did Pizza Hut back in 2008 for delivering me a horrid pizza with, perhaps, 25-cents worth of cheese, sauce and pepperoni on top of the pitiful thing.
Oh how sad that the quality of out-of-home pizzas have apparently declined so much over the years.
Heck, the 5 buck el cheapo pizzas from Little Caesars are, to me, tastier than the twice-as-expensive or more offerings at other chain pizza joints.
Sorry Dominoes…. no more of my discretionary dollars for out-of-the-shanty vittles for you folks.

my wife suffers rom celiac problem which is a allergy to wheat flour. the only gluten free pizza we can find is mellow mushroom and the cost is outrageous. wish domino would check into the possibility of a gluten free crust. many people have this same problec

well i just purchased lunch for my employees and i bit down on a slice of pizza , I LOOK DOWN AT MY PLATE THERE IS A BUG IN MY PIZZA.!!!!!! i know it wasnt on my plate cause its covered in sause and cheese !! never again ordering from dominos!!!!!

Cant find another place to express a frustration with dominoes online. I work at a fire dept on a military installation. Dominoes’ website will not recognize my location and will not allow me to view the menu unless it recognizes my location. Pizza is the only food that is delivered on base in this town. It’s a real aggravation when I have $20 and I’d like to get some dinner but my only option is to call and ask an irritated kid what I can afford with my $20. The dominoes kid doesn’t want to deal with me and I don’t want to go through the embarrassment. I’d probably spend 30-40 bucks a week if it wasn’t such a hassle. I’m not trying to vent my irritation it just seemed that dominoes would want to know about a glitch that potentially looses business.

I went in to Clarksville Highway location in Nashville, TN with a carry out order. I made and paid for the order. Then was told that my card had been processed but they needed to run the card again. To clarify I asked, why would you need to run my card again, if it was processed. I was then told that, “He did something wrong and we need to run it again to place the order. The computer is frozen. I can void the first order, (WHICH WAS PROCESSED) but the money on your card will not be released until next week.” Why would I pay you again, if you have already ran the ccard informaiton????? Candice (the shift manager) then walks off and begins making pizzas. My card was charged and will NEVER order anything again from Domino’s. They baiscally stole my money

I enjoy the conv of Dominos ordering online and i love the tracker. Does anyone else wonder why the pasta premavera must have the alfredo sauce. Any ideas why we can’t switch the sauce?

JimBJohnson:I don’t think I’ve actually ever had Domino’s pizza. It just so ahppened that I never grew up near one. At home when I was a kid, we had Pepi’s Pizza, which I disliked. In college, there was Dorian’s, which might be my favorite of all time. I’ve recently moved to the N. Syracuse/Liverpool area and I don’t really know of a good pizza place. There’s Little Caesar’s, but I consider that about one step up from a Hot Pocket. Where do I go for good pizza? Help me, Obi Chu, you’re my only hope!
